Located off Kiambu Road, in Runda Estate, sits a majestic beautiful house on a 1/2 acre well manicured garden. Over the years, Karura House has grown to become a reputable and favourite photo shoot location in Nairobi, Kenya.

booking information
For wedding photo shoots we have two afternoon shoot options: a 12.00pm–2.00pm slot and a 2.15pm–4.15pm slot. Additionally, we have an evening shoot slot from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Please note that your wedding photo shoot must stick within your chosen time frame to avoid booking cancellation. To confirm your booking, you will need to make a 50% deposit of your selected package.
You can do this either in:
- Cash
- MPESA Paybill Number: 542698, Account Number: (Your name & Booking date).
- Cheques
We will give you an official receipt as your booking confirmation.

Beautiful grounds, warm and well prepared meals. There’s even music on the grounds, friendly staff and owner, bathrooms are super clean. Especially best to use the grounds as a photo shoot for weddings etc. Clean pool.
